CAFEi 2027 welcomes submissions from individuals and teams working across agricultural engineering, food engineering, food processing and related agri-food disciplines. We invite contributions from:
- Researchers and academics from universities, research institutes and other R&D organisations.
- Postgraduate and undergraduate students undertaking research relevant to the conference themes and scopes.
- Engineers, scientists and technical professionals developing technologies, processes and engineering solutions for agriculture and food systems.
- Industry researchers and practitioners involved in food manufacturing, agricultural production, processing, equipment, automation and related technologies.
- Technology developers and innovators presenting new products, processes, systems, prototypes or emerging technologies with research or technical contributions.
- Government agencies and technical organisations undertaking research, development, implementation or assessment related to agriculture, food and agri-food systems.
- Multidisciplinary research teams addressing sustainability, food safety and quality, health-related food innovation, digitalisation, circularity and agri-food resilience.
Whether your work advances fundamental knowledge, develops an engineering solution or demonstrates practical application, CAFEi 2027 provides a platform to share your findings with the agricultural and food engineering community.

Presenter Payment Deadline
All accepted presenters must complete payment by 6 August 2027 to secure their presentation slot in the conference programme.
Presenter Registration
The Oral/Poster Presenter registration fee covers one (1) accepted abstract and one (1) presentation.
Additional Papers
An additional fee will apply for each additional accepted paper/abstract presented by the same registered presenter.
Industrial Presenter
A flat registration rate applies to Industrial Presenters. No early-bird rate is offered.
Day walk-in rate
Not including presentation but as audience for conference session only. Lunch and tea breaks are provided.
Meals
Main conference registration includes lunch and tea breaks during the conference days.
Conference Dinner
Conference dinner is included for Oral/Poster Presenters, Industrial Presenters and Audience (Non-Presenters) registered for the main conference.
Pre-Conference Workshop
Workshop registration is separate from the main conference registration and does not include access to the main conference or conference dinner.
Excursion / Technical Visit
Participation in the excursion/technical visit on 9 September 2027 is not included in the conference registration fee and will be charged separately.
